PLATYCODON - PLATYCODON GRANDIFLORUS

In the garden or in a pot, it is a plant suitable for all occasions! Expresses joy and happiness thanks to its beautiful flowers. It comes with erect stems, rich in oval or lanceolate leaves, green in color with beautiful bluish reflections. On the slender and erect dark green stems, during the flowering period numerous star flowers appear, with 4 or 5 lobes, of blue color. The still blooming flowers are similar to Chinese lanterns. These small plants are widely used in borders, like other bluebell species, for the rich summer flowering and longevity of the plants; they are also used in herbal medicine and in ancient Chinese medicine.

TREATMENT: From April to September, water the platycodon grandiflorus regularly, especially in the months of July and August; during the vegetative period, mix the water for the fertilizer for flowering plants every 15-20 days. Typically these plants are not affected by pests or diseases. It is a very healthy plant.
