Beautiful at night and beautiful in the day! White and pure, it is the jasmine suitable for any occasion. It has thin and ovate leaves, sometimes finely lobed which, when rubbed, give off an odor reminiscent of pepper (solanum capsicum). The leaves grow on thin and very flexible branches and some of these at the apex have a cirrus that allows the plant to climb. The white flowers are gathered in bunches and grow on the shoots produced during the year. If it does not find climbing supports, it acts as a creeping or hanging plant with excellent results for balconies and terraces.
TREATMENT: the greater water supply the plant requires in the summer from June to August where it is sometimes necessary to irrigate even every day. It is sufficient to obtain a universal soil and in the spring to supplement with a good organic fertilization. at the end of the growing season, in autumn, a vigorous pruning of all branches of at least one third is recommended. This allows the plant to more easily overcome the winter period and above all to produce new shoots from the base from the following spring.
