Remontant violet artichoke TEMA plant capable of producing artichokes from the first year
It has few thorns and is very productive, tender and delicate to the taste, even raw.
It is transplanted from March to October in a sunny position
Use well drained soil and generously fertilized, till the soil up to 40cm deep
Water regularly and protect from winter cold
In autumn remove the excess carducci leaving only 2 per plant.
