The ovoid-shaped THE BASTARD URBAN barbecue is aimed at outdoor cooking enthusiasts who are looking for a high-performance cooking tool that can cook everything and do it well!

Its 49 cm (of the LARGE model) and 59 cm (of the XL model) stainless steel cooking grate, allows you to prepare delicious grilled dishes for 8-12 guests, enough to express your culinary talent for all your loved ones! A multi-level cooking system is included to cook different foods at the same time on various types of shelves with different types of grill in direct and indirect cooking.

Designed in cordierite ceramic (tank and lid), a material with unique insulating capabilities, it is able to maintain constant temperatures both high (400°C) and low (90°C), and remains energy efficient.

Grilling, smoking, browning, simmering, roasting or braising, all are possible by adjusting the air supply and therefore the temperature via the upper ventilation flap and the lower ventilation hatch. Take advantage of a temperature range of 65°C to 350°C to smoke a hot salmon or bake a pizza.

Supplied with its 4 mm thick powder-coated steel trolley with 4 wheels, it is mobile and will find a place very easily on your terrace or in your garden in addition to providing comfort of use thanks to its ideal height and its folding side shelves.
