Allosaurus Schleich Game Dinosaurs

The Allosaurus was a huge carnivorous hunter over twelve meters tall. He was walking on his hind legs, with long knife-like saw teeth and two eye bumps on his skull. With a height of more than five meters and a weight of over a ton, the Allosaurus was the largest predator of its time. He had a unique skeleton. Instead of other bones in his body, his ribs were attached to his skin. The bones in his back were massive and heavy. He had short arms, but his forefeet was armed with sharp claws so he could grab his victims. The Allosaurus often hunted in groups, which facilitated prey. The Allosaurus was a smart, aggressive predator that could live for more than twenty years.
