Shipping and Returns
All shipments are made by express courier such as SDA, GLS, FeDex thus guaranteeing the delivery of the goods in 24/48 hours. Transport costs for Italy and abroad will be calculated based on the area of delivery of the products. To calculate the cost of transport just insert one or more desired products into the cart, enter the delivery address and proceed to the checkout.
All goods are insured by GardenStuff when the order is processed. Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
If you want information about your shipment, go to the courier's website and enter the shipping number (Track id).
The goods purchased in the wrong color or size can be replaced upon customer communication within 10 days of receipt of the same. Damaged products or signs of wear of any kind will not be replaced. No label or box must be removed from the product. Shipments for exchange of goods will not be accepted without prior authorization from GardenStuff.
Merchandise Exchange Procedure To start the merchandise exchange procedure, proceed as follows: - Send an email to "email@example.com" with the subject line in it: "Merchandise Exchange Request" followed by your Order Number that you can recover from the notification emails received when you placed the order, or by accessing your private area with your email and password with which you registered the site, you will find all the info in your profile. Ex: Order history & gt; Goods Change Request # 1234 & gt; Describe in the email the problem encountered, eg: goods not conforming to the order, wrong items, etc. Specify the products to be changed and with which providing the following data: Product name, quality and Product Code. All these data can be found on the respective product page.
The replacement goods will be shipped only after you have received the products to be changed. Shipping costs are always charged to the customer except in those cases where there was an error in sending the goods by GardenStuff.
& lt; / & gt; Exchanges will only be accepted if sent via tracked parcel. For this we recommend the postal shipment Pacco Celere 3 via Poste Italiane or even better by any courier that offers tracking of the parcel. For any further information, do not hesitate to contact us.
RETURN OF AN ORDER
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, unused items can be returned for exchange, "purchase voucher" or "refund" within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The label on the items to be returned and any box must not be removed, damaged or tampered with.
The return must be made with the courier indicated in the email sent by GardenStuff. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the waybill, which must be completed as indicated in the authorization e-mail that you will receive from GardenStuff.
