SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

All shipments outside Italy are arranged in 24/48 hours and sent by express courier such as SDA, GLS, Fedex, UPS, thus guaranteeing delivery of the goods in 3/10 working days. Transport costs for Italy and abroad will be calculated based on the delivery area of ​​the products. To calculate the shipping cost, just enter one or more desired products in the cart, enter the delivery address and proceed to checkout. Some particularly bulky or heavy products have a specific shipping cost competition.

All goods are insured by GardenStuff at the time of order fulfillment. Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday excluding holidays.

Each shipment travels with a shipping number (Track id) that can be monitored by the link that we send when the goods are sent or within the personal page. Our customer service is always at your disposal on this aspect as well.

RETURNS

The goods purchased in the wrong color or size can be replaced upon notification of the customer within 30 days of receipt of the same (excluded personalized products, plants and products that risk deteriorating or expiring quickly, sealed products, which do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and were opened after delivery). Products that are damaged or with signs of wear of any kind will not be replaced/refunded. No label or box must be removed from the product. No shipments for exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization from GardenStuff.

Merchandise Exchange Procedure To start the merchandise exchange procedure, proceed as follows: - Send an email to "ecommerce@gardenstuff.it" with the subject line: "Request for Change of Goods" followed by your Order Number which you can retrieve from the emails notifications received when placing the order, or by accessing your private area with your email and password with which you registered on the site, you will find all the info in your profile. Ex: Order history> Request for Change of Goods # 1234> Describe the problem encountered in the email, e.g. goods not compliant with the order, wrong items, etc. Specify the products to be exchanged and with which by providing the following data: Product name, quality and Product code. All these data can be found on the respective product page. In any case, our customer service is available via chat and by phone, do not hesitate to contact us.

Replacement goods will be shipped only after we have received the products to be exchanged from you. Shipping costs are always charged to the customer except in those cases where an error has been found in sending the goods by GardenStuff.

</> Exchanges will be accepted only if sent via tracked package. For this reason we recommend to use any courier that offers tracking of the shipping. For any further information do not hesitate to contact us.

RETURN OF AN ORDER AND REFUNDS

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unused items (condition new) can be returned for exchange, "Voucher" or "Refund" within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods (excluded personalized products, plants and products that risk deteriorating or expiring quickly, sealed products, which do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and were opened after delivery). The label on the items to be returned and any box must not be removed, damaged or tampered with.

The return must be made with the courier indicated in the email sent by GardenStuff. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the waybill, which must be completed as indicated in the authorization e-mail you will receive from GardenStuff.

The full refund of an order, once validated, will be made within 5 working days.
