What to do with our dried herbs now?

A very fragrant dream pillow, an object that will help you relax during break-off hours and a precious gift for the holidays.

Chamomile and Lavender for relaxation

Sage, Marjoram and Geranium to feel comfort and reassurance

Verbena, Citronella, Mimosa and Mint to ensure vivid and creative dreams

Anise, Artemisia and Chiodi di Garofano to make clear dreams

Eucalyptus and Linseed to relieve tension in the head

Marquis d 'Hervey de Saint-Denys in the late nineteenth century deepened the theme of sleep and dreams through an experiment, in fact he stated that there is a relationship between smells, emotions and dreams.

The Limbic system of the brain manages both dreams and perfumes and memory, for this reason a very close bond is born between them.

Our sleep is influenced by desires and fears and by the experience of the past day but also by the scents that have a concrete action on the emotions we feel.

What are the best perfume producers we know? Our beloved friends naturally plants!

A dream pillow is definitely a precious Christmas gift for you and your loved ones.

Here's how to prepare it!

- natural fiber needle and thread fabric

- a mesh bag

- your dried herbs

- Padding for cushions

- Velcro

Compose the fabric you chose by sewing it to make a pillowcase, if sewing is not your passion, use ready-made pillowcases, preferring those of children's cushions, they have the right dimensions.

Insert in the pillowcase the net bag that you have filled with your dry leaves and the padding for pillows, this too can be all natural as firm cotton or spelled chaff.

Apply the felt to the ends of the pillowcase and your dream pillow will be ready!
